Die häufigsten biomechanischen Probleme im kieferorthopädischen Finish

Abstract

Orthodontists commonly use vertical triangular elastics to achieve a better intercuspidation. Whereas a limited use of triangular elastics can be allowed for settling, the orthodontist should first try to identify possible causes of lack of intercuspidation and eventually solve them, before getting to triangular elastics as last resort. This presentation will focus on the most common problems in finishing and how to solve them in an optimal way.
